Delegation of St. Vladimir Seminary of the Orthodox Church in America visits St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral in New York

On 21 March 2006, Rector of St. Vladimir Seminary of the Orthodox Church in America deacon D. Erickson with his students visited the Representation of the Moscow Patriarchate in the USA and St. Nicholas Patriarchal Cathedral of New York.

The students got acquainted with the history of the main church of the Russian Orthodox Church in the United States, its shrines, frescoes and interior restored during reconstruction.

Such visits of the seminary’s delegations have already become a tradition and are in educational program of future clergymen of the Orthodox Church in America on history of Orthodoxy in the USA.
