Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad, Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, sent a telegram to Adygea President H. M. Salamat where he expressed his gratitude for the decision to set up a monument to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Adygea.

Thank you for the decision to set up a monument to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Adygea.

I appreciate your inclination to support good relations between Christians and Muslims based on mutual respect.
