Christian ethics to be introduced in the program of Dnepropetrovsk schools

Dnepropetrovsk Department of Education adopted the program on Christian Ethics for comprehensive schools. The textbook on the ‘Ethics of Faith’ with methodical commentaries is recommended for conducting lessons in the 5^th – 6^th forms. The edition was published with the blessing of Metropolitan Irineus of Dnepropetrovsk and Pavlograd.

The book is a collective work of the city schools teachers edited by Elena Rogova, teacher of the highest category.

The Ethics of Faith will be introduced in the school program from the New Year. The diocese organized special catechism courses for training qualified teachers. Lecturers and graduates of theological seminaries are also involved in the program.
