A training course for trauma consultants has been launched in Vladikavkaz. It is given by INNOT, a German organization.
A limited society, INNOT specializes in giving comprehensive aid to people who suffered from psychological traumas and in organizing prevention from emergency situations.
The main aim of the course is to train qualified specialists in work with victims of the terrorist action in Beslan. The curriculum is calculated from three years. The first course will last till December 9.
With the blessing of Bishop Feofan of Stavropol and Vladikavkaz, the course is attended by Archpriest Vladimir Samoilenko, dean of the Orthodox churches in North Ossetia, Sister Nonna (Bagaeva), mother superior of the Convent of the Epiphany, Sister Margarita of the same convent, Ms. Sofia Koroeva, director of the rehabilitation center under construction, and Ms. Maria Arbieva of the Pokrov (Intercession) Center of Orthodox Education and Culture.
