The Pokrov Foundation announces a competition for the best plot and script for an Orthodox film

On the results of the 3^rd International Festival of Orthodox Films ‘Pokrov’ it was decided to hold a competition for the best plot and script of an Orthodox film.

The competition will last till May 1, 2006. The jury will choose the best scripts. The best producers of modern Christian cinematography will base new documentaries on the chosen scripts. The “Pokrov’ Foundation is to finance the project.

Scripts for documentary, animation and fiction films are accepted. Ideas for new Orthodox programs to be produced by Russian and Ukrainian TV channels will also be considered.
