‘Let us warm children’s hearts’ charity action to take place in the Moscow diocese

‘Let us warm children’s hearts’ mass charity action will be held in the Moscow diocese from October 24 to 30 with an objective to render spiritual and material assistance to the pupils of social institutions for children of the Moscow region.

The action was initiated by the Moscow diocese and the Ministry for social protection of the Moscow region population.

It is planned to hold a series of concerts ‘Masters of art – to the Moscow region children’, presentations of authors, meetings of priests with children from children’s homes. Excursions and pilgrimages to the monasteries and churches of the Moscow region will also be held along with the lessons of good and charity, Orthodox culture quiz games, role playing games on historical themes and artistic competitions.

‘Let us warm children’s heats’ regional children’s festival will take place in the framework of the actions, taking part in which will be Governor Boris V.Gromov of the Moscow region and Metropolitan Juvenaly of Krutitsy and Kolomna.
