A bronze monument to the all-laudable St.Andrew the-First-Called will be brought to Sakhalin and erected on the Kuril Island of Iturup to mark the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II.
The project has been initiated by the National Centre of Russia’s Glory and the Foundation of St. Andrew the-First-Called.
