Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad conferred Patriarchal Award on Academician Tatiana Dmitrieva, Director of the Serbsky State Scientific Centre

METROPOLITAN KIRILL OF SMOLENSK AND KALININGRAD CONFERRED PATRIARCHAL AWARD ON ACADEMICIAN TATIANA DMITRIEVA, DIRECTOR OF THE SERBSKY STATE SCIENTIFIC CENTRE

On 21 December 2001 at the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad met with Ms.Tatiana B.Dmitrieva, full member of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and Director of the State Scientific Centre of Social and Forensic Psychiatry named after P.V.Serbsky.

Metropolitan Kirill congratulated Ms.Dmitrieva with her jubilee and read out a welcoming address, in which it was said: ‘Your work at high state offices has clearly shown that the work in the sphere of health could not be successful without profound moral feelings, which are inherent for human heart.’

Metropolitan Kirill presented Academician Dmitrieva with the Patriarchal award – the Order of the Holy Princess Olga, Equal-to-the-Apostles, 2nd class.
