BROTHERLY ORTHODOX-SLAVIC CORRIDOR
A Brotherly Orthodox-Slavic Corridor – an action by this name started on December 13, 2000, from the Chapel of Our Lady of Iveron at the Resurrection Gates in the center of Moscow. It is held under the motto “An Orthodox Way from Moscow to Athens – Along the Ancestors’ Road from Monastery to Monastery”. Participating in it are young people from various regions in Russia. They will visit churches and monasteries in Belarus, Ukraine, Moldavia, Rumania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Greece. Among the events planned to take place during the journey are meetings with heads of Local Orthodox Churches. The participants plan to return to Moscow on December 26. Among the participants is Deacon Pavel Feoktistov of the DECR.
