Archbishop Anthony of Krasnoyarsk and Yenisejsk celebrated the Divine Liturgy on May 18, the Sunday of the Paralyzed Man, which was, for the first time, gesture-translated for parishioners with poor hearing.
After the service he greeted the believers with poor hearing, saying, ‘Thank you for joining our prayers today. One’s physical infirmity does not affect one’s immortal soul, and your souls have integrity, beauty and kindness. We respect and appreciate you; may the Lord bless you on your life journey’.
His Eminence Anthony also greeted the Association of the Orthodox Disabled and congratulated them on the election of a new chairperson.
